1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised and administered by Pole Pole Bungalows, Mafia Island, Tanzania.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open worldwide to participants aged 18 years and above.

• Employees of Pole Pole Bungalows and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway opens on 21 May 2026.

• Entries close on 31st July 2026 at 23:59 EAT.

• The winner will be announced by the 3rd of August 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @polepole_mafia_island on Instagram

2. Like the official giveaway post

3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the giveaway post

4. Complete and submit the official entry form on the Pole Pole Bungalows website

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner and their guest will receive:

• A 2-night stay for 2 people in a Bahari Bungalow at Pole Pole Bungalows

• Return flights from Dar es Salaam to Mafia Island

• Full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) + soft drink.

• Return airport transfers on Mafia Island

• One complimentary excursion day included within Pole Pole’s standard offering

The prize does not include:

• International flights

• Alcoholic beverages

• Diving activities

• Additional excursions outside the included experience

• Personal expenses

• Spa

• Travel insurance

• Visa costs or other travel documentation

• Taxes or Fees (eg Marine Park fee)

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

• Accommodation dates are strictly subject to availability.

• Pole Pole Bungalows reserves the right to propose alternative stay dates if requested dates are unavailable.

• The winner must redeem the prize within dates communicated directly by Pole Pole Bungalows.

• Any costs outside the stated inclusions will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected randomly/via spinning wheel method from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.

• The winner will be contacted directly via email and/or Instagram direct message.

• If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Pole Pole Bungalows reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Marketing & Publicity

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that:

• Pole Pole Bungalows may announce the winner publicly using their first name and/or Instagram handle.

• Content related to the giveaway may be shared across Pole Pole Bungalows’ marketing platforms.

9. General Conditions

• Pole Pole Bungalows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

• Any fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

• Pole Pole Bungalows reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements.

Information submitted through the giveaway form may be used by Pole Pole Bungalows for:
